Their customer service is awesome! There was a mix up with shipping, and I wasn't going to get my shipment on time. One call and they over nighted me what I needed and made sure it got to me before noon! I will definitely be buying from them again.
Spent today bugging Billy, Liz, and Johnny at the NBM B.I.G. show in Long Beach. They were so helpful and full of great tips and tricks. I can't wait to start using my stone etching kit and add to my glass etching business. Good peeps!!

I met Billy and Liz and they're fantabulous people! I was at the DFO and they let me try out the machine it was rad! I had a ton of fun chillen with them at our booth. Miles of Smiles!
