Ordered pretzel bites, they were deep fried�overdone and tasted greasy. The waitress overheard a comment and offered to resubmit the order as oven baked. What a difference, and great service recovery! Thanks, I will reorder only if ovenbaked. We had a large group and our waitress did a great job.
