My biggest complaint is that once you’ve decided to visit the surgeon and start down the path of surgery, you have no idea who or why somebody starts sending you bills to be paid on receipt. You know the surgeon, the hospital, and that is it. The other providers are cloaked in darkness and it just feels like a money grab. This provider is one of those. They pestered me for a review and here it is! I despised paying the bill because I have no who you are, what service you provided and why you demanded money from me.
I made an appointment and was immediately taken to the back room for my x-ray. The people were very nice and polite. Didn’t have any issues.
Great staff and the person I had was a very nice/professional employee.
