They booked me quickly for an initial screening exam, less than two weeks away, which was nice. The exam itself was fine. Heated gown was a nice touch. However when they said they found a mass and I needed further imaging, they wanted me to wait TWO AND A HALF MONTHS. I was 40 with two young kids and a nervous wreck! Friendly front seat upon arrival I come from Alaska, this time the dr wasn’t in and usually I scheduled with her there in case I need an ultrasound on dense tissue I should have specified this upon scheduling Perhaps a pop up on my chart to know this is what I need since traveling from Alaska
Worst experience we have ever had when it came to a simple appointment. We drove 3 hours for a scheduled visit for an ultrasound and the turned us away because they scheduled the wrong appointment. They refused to contact the surgeon or provide any service as well as blaming the surgeon for recommending them to us. If you want an organized and professional experience, you won’t find it here.
UPDATE 2026: The founding physician, Dr Acheson, has retired. I don’t know who reads the films now, “a group offsite.” The imaging tech is still excellent, with a warm bedside manner. The clinic itself is looking a little worn (tired paint, thread worn furniture, curtains in the changing room that need repair and cleaning, etc) and that makes me wonder what other corners they are cutting. They attempted to get me to pay an extra $40 for an AI “consult”, and btw they would also train their AI on my data and films. No I am not... read more
