Before my appointment there was some confusion over whether my insurance covered the procedure. They called me a week ahead of time telling me I wasn’t covered and asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment. I appreciated the call but the information was incorrect. Great Facility in Shakopee. Dr. Assis very good at what he does. This was my third Pelvic Nerve Block, but no help for pain.
This a very great place to have MRI'S and SCANS Dr. Dvorak is the best.😊
