Leslie W in intake needs to be replaced immediately. Please review the phone call. I doubt that my business is the only business she is losing for your company. It was like speaking to an immature child. She is incredibly rude. She was mocking me in response to simple questions. I imagine that they probably bill their patient’s excessively after the fact based on her answers.
