I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Raytek. I manage a restaurant, and the service we received was far below the standard I would expect from a professional company. The technicians who came out appeared inexperienced and were not very considerate of the fact that they were working at an active business with customers and staff present. Poor communication from Deven the owner, lights weren’t installed correctly or how we agreed upon, technician didn’t seem like he cared when he was doing the install, DO NOT RECOMMEND, better and cheaper places.
