Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. This was a Maytag recommended service business and I made an appointment through Maytag and received a confirmation e-mail through Maytag. Never received a call from this business until hours after the scheduled service appointment with an excuse they had hundreds of service calls and they were working "the queue" and had to stop half way through due to time conflict.
