Raymond came out and fixed my washer today. He was very professional, thorough and did a great job! Highly recommend them!
RecommendedHands down the best warranty service I have ever received! I had a horrible experience scheduling through Whirlpool, Raytech made it right! The part needed to repair my washer did not arrive at their shop in time for my scheduled appointment. When I was notified, the only option they had was to schedule me the following week. So far wonderful! Our washing machine is leaking, Juan came to check it out. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem and let me know. Although we have to wait until the new part comes in, at least we know what's causing the problem. Laundromat here we come for a couple days. Hope the repair is just as quick.
