Was a few minutes late for my inspection which would have only taken 30-45 minutes like I was told and he didn’t have another appointment for an hour or so but started yelling about me being late saying I shouldn’t have even came, treats people like garbage just go somewhere else. Worst customer service ever
This is a place my family has gone to for years. Driving home for the holidays and my change oil light came on. I hadnt driven my car much in 2021. Matt was able to walk me through some basic checks and helped me better understand what my vehicle needed. Top notch work, incredible customer service, genuinely nice people who want to help. Really miss this type of service in Boston.
Costlier than some garages, but we'll worth the cost since Ray is honest and very thorough.
