Tech was good. Hidden service fee by office. (as opposed to what) you’re not buying a product from them lol. A fee to do business with them. Sounds like should be an upfront cost.

We have always used Ray’s to pump our septic system, because they have the best price, do a great job, and are always willing to answer my 100 questions. Last night around 8:00PM, I got a call from a neighbor that my alarm was going off. I wasn’t home, and since it was late, I called Ray’s immediately to see if I could get someone out the next day (Saturday).
