I would give 0 stars if I could. Poor customer service. I’m an out of town owner. Called them just now to get septic tank pumped for a home I owned there. The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. Refused to do service or put us on schedule just because I asked for them to email me receipt of what they charge after they do the work. Andre came out and he was absolutely amazing. Very kind and honest! The prices they have are great but we would honestly be willing to pay more for the customer service. We were told by another septic tank company that we had to replace our entire system, we called rays and that was not the case at all. Just needed a pipe cleared. Give that man a raise!

I had my septic tank pumped today and my service technician Andre M was so informative. He walked me through everything and was teaching me and showing me as he was working. Would recommend people to have him take care of their home!
