We have always used Ray’s to pump our septic system, because they have the best price, do a great job, and are always willing to answer my 100 questions. Last night around 8:00PM, I got a call from a neighbor that my alarm was going off. I wasn’t home, and since it was late, I called Ray’s immediately to see if I could get someone out the next day (Saturday). I asked around for a good priced knowledgeable and honest pumping service, most answers were Rays, called them, I had my pick of any day, scheduled my appointment, day came, Gabe showed up, very knowledgeable, I had just purchased my house so I didn't know where my tank or lid was, but I did have the environmental diagram so Gabe found the lid in no time, pumped my tank, took time to show me and help me understand more about it I really appreciate it, he also made sure I had no questions or concerns, the process was quick, a... read more
