This was my first time using Rays to pump out septic tank and they were recommended to me by others. I had already found my tank lid and dug it out so it was pump ready. Chase called me when he enroute to my location and completed the worked. I also had him clean out the filter at the other end of the tank. Chase was very professional and knowledgeable. Ray's has the best prices for this type service.

Had to have my septic tank pumped recently and was given this company's name as a referral. They came out promptly, pumped my tank and said there was nothing wrong with the tank, just needed to be pumped. It worked for less than a month. I spoke with someone at this company yesterday evening and was told that the tank was old. I told him I paid him good money to fix my issues, and he said "I didn't fix your issue, I pumped your septic tank." After that he told me to speak my piece and then we would be done. I want to shout out to Andre for his expertise and implementing a plan that solved my septic problem. He looked at the situation, applied and resolved it. Now I can use my bathrooms. Called yesterday was there at 8am the next morning. Doesn’t get better than that. Best price there is out there to I’ve called 20 places and they beat them by a long shot.
