Spoke to the lady on the phone, she was very polite an efficient. The 2 guys that came out to the house was prompt and really honest professionals.
Horrible! Please, if you need a septic tank drained, do not use this company. They took our 250 dollar "cash only" and never pumped the system. Now, I have to pay another company 180 dollars to come out and actually do their job. The septic guy didn't even dig up the tank. Horrible, and the "secretary" has a lack of customer service which is either lack of knowledge or morals.
That was easy! I called Ray's septic service to have my septic cleaned out sense it has been 7 years ago when I moved in.I called on a Tues. Got an appointment on the Friday. They were on time! Both Gentlemen were very nice, and even took time out to teach me a few thing about maintaining my septic take. They were in and out in less then 30 minutes! It was so easy and Iam grateful for your service!
Do not use Ray's Septic Service I called a plumber first to check a problem with my toilets and shower backing up with water. The issue was from the septic system and was backing up everything. I call Ray's and they came out to pump the tank and just the tank. The system is still backed up and is causing the same issue as before. I called Ray's again and was told that if I wanted the septic pump checked I need to call a plumber. What kind of place charges $200.00 and does not make sure the system is in good working order?
