FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you need your septic drained call Ray's. The guys that showed up were so kind and honest! Explained the issue I was having was not due to a full spetic tank. They spoke to my son on the phone and explained what needs to be done. I am on a fixed income and so thankful for these men. They could have emptied what was in the tank and charge me full price. I wouldn't have known. Both were very respectful towards me and will never use another company.
Bought the house new 7 years ago. Paperwork said 1 person & a 1k gallon tank will need pumped out at year 11. I see their truck whenever a house near me sells or gets new tenants. So I called just to be on the safe side and to stay ahead on maintenance. The lady answering the phone was nice and set up the time I could be home. The worse service ever . Will never hire them again.
We have used them in the past to pump our septic and today when we thought we had a major issue they gave us advice over the phone and we handled it. Most companies would have insisted on sending someone out and charged us for a fix we could have done ourselves. We truly appreciate it and will continue to use them.
Absolutely great service! Thorough, friendly, fast and left the lawn just like it was before. Price is right! I wouldn’t use anyone else!
