I have been doing business for years. My dad was doing business here when I was a toddler. Reasons I still do business include friendly staff , the fact they are always able to make things happen. - some examples include being able to locate & expedite parts if they aren't in stock, offer discounts, finding the best deals from vendors, ordering special parts,like lift kits and other off-road upgrades esp. for Jeeps The typical chain parts stores can't get the parts Ray Charles can. Very knowledgeable and quick to get the parts if they’re not in stock,unlike a lot of big automotive chains.
Great guys there and they go above and beyond to find what you need
Everytime I have trouble finding anything anywhere else Ray's for some reason is the last resort and always has it there... Not jumping through hoops anymore ... Putting Rays on speed dial..
The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful
