Special Date Night with My Daughter Made a reservation in the morning for a table in the evening. Got caught in a ton of traffic driving into the city and had to call and cancel my reservation because we were not going to make it on time. Got within 10 min of the restaurant and called to see if a table was still available. They were happy to put me back on as a reservation and not just a call ahead. Arrived and was seated immediately. Yesterday was my first time going to Ray's. The food and service was excellent. Lonnie was an awesome waiter and even sung Happy Birthday to me. He has a beautiful voice! My husband and I were extremely impressed.
It was good. Server was nice but kind of arrogant at the same time. The calamari was AWESOME but the grilled seafood platter could have ben better. If they would invest in getting and KEEPING soy paper for the sushi they would have WAY more business! I cant stand seaweed! But overall good experience. And I also found Dory there! She's on the tank just swimming, just keeps on swimming. ��� lol
Great steak. Lobster bisque was extraordinary. Good Scotch selection. Service at the bar was great with Melissa and Clay. Band was very good also. Really enjoyed this night.
Magnífico—with a capital M! I have traveled the world, but few places compare to the experience of Ray's. The ambiance, the food, and the service were the perfect experience.
