We bought a car about a month ago that was supposed to be our “reliable” car. It has been anything but. A week after we got it we had to buy a new battery for it, and now as of about a week and a half ago we can’t even get the car to run. After calling the dealership they pretty much said that since we bought it “as-is” we’re out of luck. Yes, we did buy it “as-is” but we were also told that there wouldn’t be any issues. Bought a truck in February. Had problems ever since I left the lot, salesmen said it was a engine miss fire no big deal, fast forward 2 months and only driving it 600 miles I now have to replace my engine due to lack of care from whoever owned it before me. Tried getting ahold of the salesmen and sales manager and they said they would call me back, it’s now been a month and no call back. In my opinion they seem guilty. Just poor customer service and worst first time car buying experience.

Easiest car shopping experience I’ve ever had. No pressure sales team. Cuts to the chase and tells you what they can and can’t do! Pleasant experience. Bought a 2020 Ford F-150 XLT this week from Larry and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and look forward to working with them in the future. I brought my car back for a recall. The waiting time was excellent. I had my 23 month old granddaughter whom I had brought some toys for her but the waiting had MANY toys. They also have a beautiful cat. Very quiet atmosphere with friendly employees.
Ray’s Ford is a great place! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They always put their customers first! Shoutout to Devin for helping me find an awesome new car.
