The best employees and the best customer service I have ever gotten at a bike shop. Taylor stayed over an hour after closing to make sure my team and I had our bikes back in safe, working condition. Can't thank her enough for all the help!
This is the kind of bike shop that makes you happy to be a cyclist. Community vibe, super friendly, helpful, and the shop has a terrific selection of what real cyclists need (incl a shower and water!!!). And 2 out of 3 employees there were women. I really haven't ever experienced anything quite like it. I want to move in. This is after experiencing Rays in bay city the day before, where I also had a terrific experience. But, Clare location does have chamois cream for women :-). Thanks Rays in Clare!!!
