I was 60 miles into a 100 mile ride on the bike trail and got a flat. I called Ray's and they came to my rescue right on the trail! Jake changed my inner tube, inflated the new tube, encouraged me and had me ready to roll in just a few minutes. Thanks for saving the day!!! So grateful!!!!

I loved my experience at Rays! I was visiting Clare from Colorado, and rented a paddleboard for my time on the lake. Taylor was amazingly accommodating and helpful, and all the staff were super invested in making sure we had a great experience. The paddleboard was in great condition, and a great value. Thank you guys so much!!!
Just bought a new bike 2 weeks ago! Taylor was extra helpful. I went back to buy a bike rack for my car and she showed me in depth how to attach and use it, Thanks for your help when I came in and didn't have it quite strapped tight enough! We are so lucky to have a nice bike shop in Clare!
