I went in to Ray’s with a peddle while riding across the country and got a great diagnosis. He did not have the peddle I wanted, but called their other store to get it set up for the next day. Also checked over the bike. Super good service!
I purchased a Specialized Roll Sport from Rays the beginning of May. Am very happy with the bike. I have placed 3 orders with Rays and every time they said they would call me when they got the order have never received one call. Great bikes not so great customer service.

Our Boy Scout Troop was on our way to a bike campout. A bike fell off and the truck ran it over. The outlook was grim. Ray’s bike shop replaced the broken parts, and had a happy Scout back on the road in less that 1/2 hour! Exceptional service, at a very reasonable price!
