Terrible truck rental experience. Rented for 1 day and was charged for 6. Truck was rented on Friday and returned after hours on Saturday. Truck was parked right in the main entrance with the other Penske trucks, so they definitely would have had to move it before opening. After speaking with both the owner and Penske, the best they could offer was a refund of 3 days. Penske said it would take to long to look at the security footage to prove who was right. Will never do business with Ray's automotive or Penske again.
Absolutely the best! Honest, great service, fair priced! I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone!
