While In town from out of state N.C. for a family reunion with our whole family, myself, wife 4 kids and a baby, leaving the Hyatt we had a loud rattling noise coming from the front side of our vehicle. My wife spotted Rays form parking deck so we drove next door went it spoke to the owner Ray.
