These guys partake in the borderline organized crime of towing cars for police departments and holding cars hostage while forcing people to pay exorbitant tow & storage fees, to get their car back. An employee of mine, made the mistake of not having plates on his vehicle and was forced to pay $550 in towing and fees to be towed less than a mile, and $365 in storage fees, much of which was for days they were not even open. Recommendedi have found few more honest mechanics -- Greg and Ray both care for each of their customers and provide not only advice and assistance before and during repairs, but have also gone above and beyond by taking roadside calls and talking me through how to solve problems. they are commendable in their kindness, have offered temporary cars to those who need them while theirs are being repaired, and have always treated me with respect. i have worked with them since 2012 and they have not earned my distrust.
I had not found a trustworthy and fair mechanic. My daughter said to try Rays. I did and i called and asked what it would cost for tires and an inspection and oil change. I felt like they understood where i stood and knew i needed someone to trust. They came through with their estimate and explained and they have a customer in me and everyone i who would ever ask “ is there a mechanic who is reasonably priced and i can trust?”. Yes, Ray’s.
Jeff was AWESOME and showed up within 20 minutes after hours to unlock my car for me! Thanks again!
