0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality They took an extraordinarily long time to fix our car. Their communication with us about what was happening with the car was lacking. When we finally got the car back after nearly two months with them, we have now noticed that new things are broken. So they broke things in our car while they had it and then did not fix them. I would highly suggest not using Ray’s unless you are forced to by your insurance company. 0.5 Star : Customer Service
