I can no longer recommend this company. My family has used your company for 30 years. Today, our garage door went out and we asked you if we could trouble shoot the issue on the phone and you said no??? You sent a gent out and all he did was unplug and plug in the plug and all fixed. You cost my 88 year old mother $100 when you could had told her to unplug the unit. Shame on you!!! This is very bad business. We posted a poor review on Yelp. FYI. Never treat your long term clients with such disregard.
