Years ago I purchased Raynor garage doors because I felt they were the best. A few months ago I mentioned to Julie at Raynor Door Authority in Loves Park. That my garage doors had some rust on them. Caused by salt in the winter. Julie had Ryan come out and inspect them. He wrote up the order to replace them for free, under lifetime warranty. Tim and Kyle came to the house and installed them. These guys do good work but, when they have a driver take out your mailbox and not send you a bill for 8 months then turn around and hire lawyers to take legal actions against for non payment. Then prior to that come to my residence and threaten my 82 year old father over the bill. I think it's very unprofessional. Not impressed with their customer service at all. You will get your money, dont worry. But contacting lawyers over your screw up? Come on. Have a blessed day and good luck in the future
I called in the afternoon the guys showed up the next morning to replace my door springs, they adjusted the opener and oiled everything, very professional, great job
I had a spring break on my garage door a few weeks ago. They came out to look at it, but didn't have the part so I had to wait a week. I had them replace both springs and add a new strip to the bottom of the door. It's been a little over a week and the springs work well. No complaints on the repair itself. However at no point was cost ever communicated. The bill was more than anticipated and I know others who have had springs replaced for less.
