I broke the sensor light on my garage door taking the trash can out. I called Raynor since they were the original installers of the door when the house was remodeled some years ago, and their number was on the door. John, one of the technicians, was able to fit me in his schedule later that day. He was super nice, replaced my broken sensors with a new, more durable model, and he took the time to explain to me exactly how they worked and what I might do if they were knocked loose in the future. Oh where do I start, hit my garage door backing out one day panicked and called the first name that came up on google, don’t call that guy he tried to chat me what all three doors would have cost 3000 for one door but it had been disconnected so it wasn’t going to be a perfect match. We have been using these guys for years and they are great. Most recently we got back from a two week trip to find that our garage door was inoperable. We called and by a little bit later that morning Chris was dispatched to our home and fixed the problem. He has helped us out in another emergency situation and is reliable, professional, and really nice to work with. I really appreciate that. There is always someone there to take your call and try to help you sort out your problems.
You don't get any stars for me. You still haven't sold the one that I had bought from my old man. Spring breaks in my garage and you can't come out to the end of the month I wouldn't recommend you for nothing
They did a great job getting our garbage door fixed. Cristian was efficient, professional, and personable. Will definitely use again.
