Well, the operator of the Raynor Door Company car in the picture attached didn't seem to care about representing that professionalism when they cut me off while weaving in and out of heavy I-25 rush hour traffic and proceeded to tailgate other commuters. I called Raynor on a freezing snowy day and Kalab called in advance and was at my house within the hour. He fixed the door, lubricated the rollers and hinges, tightened the spring, and was very nice to talk with. With the senior discount it was a fair price.
