It was great after we got help from a wonderful saleswoman! Apparently they were busy so it took a good 20-25 min to get help otherwise it was a good experience
The wife and I walked into Raymour and Flanigan in Niagara Falls on the blvd to browse, we were welcomed and greeted promptly. Shabrena was amazing, along was the rest of the staff. Shabrena was very attentive and extremely patient with us. While browsing, we saw multiple sofa sets that caught our eyes. Upon two separate visits between two days Shabrena went above and beyond, answering our many questions, listening to what we wanted and offering great recommendations.
