I ordered my engagement ring from here about 3 years ago. Originally, my warranty paper wasn't included so luckily we contacted the office to have it resent. I find it quite inconvenient that you have to go back every 6 months to have the prongs checked for the warranty, especially when I don't live anywhere close to Sioux Falls anymore. It'd be nice if there were other trusted jewelers we could use to inspect the prongs for the warranty. Very accommodating! I went to go get information on ring sizing and they walked me through the prices and the different ways to go about making my rings perfect for me. Would highly recommend!

Purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from Raymond's. They were very helpful throughout the process. They were very professional and helpful when we had to get them resized. The ring looked great and was done in a timely manner.

Couldn't be happier with Raymond's Jewellers. They repaired my mother's engagement ring which I inherited and had unfortunately broken. Kyle was very patient as he answered my many questions and reviewed the options. Great customer service. Superb craftsmanship. Affordable price. It just doesn't get any better than that. Consider me a lifetime customer!
