Dr. Ramos has the worst bedside manner I have ever been subjected to. I took my 2 year old daughter to Urgent Care because she had a high fever and chronic congestion. Dr. Ramos heard me tell the nurse that my daughter had been congested for a year and each time I bring her in, it is dismissed at a cold. No other testing is ever done and that I didnt think it was normal for her to be congested 365 days a year and randomly spike fevers a few times a month with no other symptoms.
