I was disappointed at my last appointment to find that Dr Ava was not there and another dentist would take care of me. I would have like a heads up and a chance to change my appointment. Dr Shah had to remove the temporary bridge and to do so gave me an injection numbing agent. It was the worst experience I’ve had at the hands of a dentist in my 83 years, Dr Ava gave me numbing agent in the same spot at my first appointment with little discomfort.
