The phone number on the website for the Pawling location does not work.
I have gotten numerous pairs of glasses from Raymond (actually, Carmen is the professional there). She is infinitely patient as I look at all the frames at least twice, and knows what will be best for my face/style etc. I have never been disappointed in her/our choice. Plus, working with Carmen is always relaxing and fun.
Best experience possible, Professional in every way, My wife and I have had many, many glasses made there. Very personal service, would not go elsewhere. JEFF B
Currently told they don't have a doctor.
My first experience was calling to book my initial appointment and the receptionist was incredibly rude on over the phone which was off putting. I made three appointments all together with this location that were cancelled. My original appointment I called to notify them that I was running 5 minutes late but they wouldn't allow me to come in because it would already take up much of my eye exam and interfere with other patients.
