I have been to see Dr Wiggins twice for tooth extractions. He has always been extremely professional and friendly and makes sure his patients ate well cared for and fully understand what is going on. In both cases his work left me feeling better and with little pain. His staff is top notch and works hard to take care of the patients. I strongly recommend Dr Wiggins to all and have referred friends to see him.

Don't bother to call Dr. Wiggins office if you have had wisdom teeth removed. I decided to get her evaluated by a surgeon that removes wisdom teeth since she was having numbness and pain and they turned us away. They will only see you if he did the work. I guess oral surgeons don't have the same ethics as Medical Doctors. Very disappointed. So new patients only if you have not had work done.

Business response:

We apologize that you were disappointed with the information you received from our office. When a patient has complications from wisdom teeth removal, and we have not done the work, we always recommend that the patient see the surgeon/dentist that completed the work and give them the opportunity to address the situation before moving on to a different surgeon.

Office staff very unprofessional. Doctor unwilling to explain the need for services. Appointment was messed up and instead of fixing the situation the office just suggested we go elsewhere.
