I made appointment for my 19 yo daughter’ s wisdom teeth consultation, her dentist sent over her X-ray taken 1 month prior. We received daily messages about paperwork. We are in the elevator at 1:35, they call asking when we will arrive for her 1:30 appointment. I said that our appointment is at 2 & we are there. We walk in and more paperwork. My daughter goes back. They take a xray, “they like to have their own!” They needed a 3D one also, an assistant came to tell me that it had to be paid before it was done…other than the... read more

Dr. Wiggins took the time to sit down and explain everything about my surgery with me and made me feel very comfortable about the whole ordeal (im no fan of the doctors office). My actual procedure went better than i could have imagined. Didnt even know i went to sleep and it was all over.

Me and my family have been a patient of Dr. Wiggins for over 20 years. He and his office staff treat you like family, he truly spends the time explaining what you should consider for a long-term result. I had him pull teeth and perform implants for me. I was a difficult patient because of numerous health issues that he would address in a timely and compassionate way. Other doctors got frustrated and didn’t want to spend the time or effort to deal with my issues. He is always there for me, whether it was an in-person visit or... read more

Absolutely can't recommend this office. After my first appointment, a MONTH ago, papers signed and waiting for schedule my surgery. After a month of calls trying to follow up, knowing that they already received all the clearances from my doctors, both front and back office personnel kept telling me that all my papers were sitting on the doctor's desk for more than a week. No calls to update, to calls to at least schedule the surgery. Did I mentioned that the reason for the surgery is an infection? I've been running with feve... read more

I’ve had oral surgery by Dr. Wiggins on three occasions. I was worried having procedures done during Covid. He and his staff were exceptional to me. Extra safety protocols were adhered to and explained to me. I had the surgeries and felt no pain or had swelling. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Dr. Wiggins removed a failed implant for me. But what he did during surgery was severely damage the muscles of my cervical spine and bottom of my skull by forcefully moving my neck during the procedure. I have had cervical tinnitus since my June 11th procedure. I attempted to get Dr. Wiggins to help me during my follow up visit on June 24th, but he said he had nothing to do with the muscle damage. Before this I was an independent individual - since then (and for almost 3 months) I have been confined to my home and on muscle ... read more

It is one of the worst experiences I have never had before. My daughter had an extra tooth in her upper gum. When we made an appointment with insurance information we heard the first visit will be free of charge. I made sure if the first visit is free at the office before my daughter meets the doctor. After seeing my daughter's tooth x-ray, the doctor suggests a 3D cat scan ($175) to evaluate the operation cost. But I think it is expensive. The nurse told me it is usually $1200 for the cat scan. I felt they tricked me. I dou... read more

Hi all It was very interesting as Dr. Wiggins and his staff refused to accept me as a patient. I have an insurance, financially able to pay and have an excellent credit. However, I asked the question why do you need my SS# as legally they cannot ask for it. I asked if they were secured and was told NO ONE HAS EVER ASKED this so we will refuse to provide you with services. I just want folks to know that if you go there just don’t ask why they need your social security number otherwise you would be refused services. Not an iss... read more

Dr Wiggins and his staff explained everything to me before my procedure answered all my questions after my procedure. His whole staff is an extremely pleasant group of folks I would tell anyone that needs a dental surgeon he’s the guy to go to.
