I will not go to this dealership again. The employees are not honest. The Salesman Dogan was terrific although when purchasing the car the financing scammed me by not asking if I wanted to purchase around $3000 of extra services or items and added that to my billing. Recently I had the car serviced for it's scheduled maintenance and not all services that were paid for were performed. Updated 22Oct2025 9am drop off of Prestige for service. Rachel was extremely helpful in getting me parts for tints as well as replacement panels. Updated 27Aug2025 Dropped off at 10pm and 1st Serviced at 7am. Completed at 8:33am Corey (Service Department) was on-top 5,000 mile maintenance as well as scheduling a last-minute "Engine Bay" cleaning detail. I didn't find the exact car that would work for our needs at this location, but I had a good experience here. I worked with Bodan, he and his manager spent a good amount of time looking at their inventory and numbers to make the deal work - but ultimately we couldn't find a monthly payment that worked for the car we needed. I recently leased a EV9 from the dealership. The purchase experience was not that great especially the trade-in part. I was offered far less than what was offered by the other dealership. I still ended up getting from them as they were the only dealership who had the vehicle in stock with my desired color/trim/configuration. Regarding the vehicle, the PDI was bad as the door inserts were of different colors on either sides which was not caught during pdi.
