I never left my review for this dealer . But after seeing the advertisement about being the best dealer . I just remember the horrible experience with this dealer and this was at their old location by the way .We made a purchase for a kia and it was not on their lot but was told they would get it for us , so we went through all the paperwork put money down . We always have a great experience at Raymond Kia. Just leased our 3rd Carnival. We have worked with Scott Struthers every time and have never been dissatisfied. We also use Raymond Service, and Dave is the best service advisor. Highly recommend this great dealership.
Super smooth experience from start to finish. The whole staff was welcoming and the lot had a great selection. Stuart helped us out and was really knowledgeable without being overbearing. Left with a car I love at a price I'm happy with.
Clean facility, fair pricing, and no hidden fee, everything was transparent from the jump. The finance team made the numbers work and Stuart handled the rest. It was honestly a good experience.
