The pros and cons of using flossing sticks Pros: Convenient, disposable tools that you can use with one hand, or while on-the-go. Cons: Not as effective as traditional floss because the string doesn't wrap around your teeth. The floss on the stick might also be too thin to effectively clean your teeth.
