Over my almost 10 year Journey of understanding myself and figuring out what I suffered from, he is undoubtedly the best psychiatrist I’ve had. He was so devoted to helping me and truly cared. In my life, under his care, I was the healthiest I’ve been. Everything was excellent: the care, his amazing office staff, response times, everything. I cannot put into words what this Dr did for me but he gave me my life back and for that I am forever grateful.
Okay The day I walked into Dr Aldeffers office was the best day of my life with a few words he was able to describe exactly what I should had been diagnosed with because I was diagnosed prior by a colleague of Dr Aldeffers and he just wasn’t as good as Dr Aldeffer. I’m so sad he will be retiring but I’m happy he gets to live life thanks for all the years of service Dr Aldeffer I hope your retirement is the best ever.
I hate that there is a bad review. I am so sorry that your experience was not a good one. I am sure it was an anomaly. I have been a patient for over 16 years. He is retiring this year and I am truly at a loss to find anyone who can care for my Mental Health wellbeing the way he has. He has always been available not matter the day or time. I will miss him greatly. He does truly care. That is a rare thing today.
I called Monday morning (5/6/2019) at 8:20 am to get a refill called in for my mom, who at that time, was a patient of Dr. Alderfer. I got their answering machine, left a message that she needed a refill. I called 3 more times that day to discuss switching her pharmacy choice, always got their machine. I finally get a call back, which I wasn't expecting, since it was 1 hour past their closing time. I didn't get to the phone in time, tried calling back and got the machine.
