As a 54 year old female having been a patient for over 15 years, I have yet to meet a better doctor. Dr. Hooft is caring, responsive and professional. My employer puts him "out of network" which greatly disappoints me. My current Doctor is OK but does not provide me the confidence and attention Dr. Hooft always gave me. I visited him many times before my medical issues were resolved. At no time did Dr. Hooft treat me like it was in my head. His persistence and thoroughness in tests and records got to the solution.

Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
The office was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was no one in the waiting room, in fact the receptionist took me right back, weighed me and showed me to a room which was pleasantly surprising. I used the restroom and when I came out the nurse was waiting for me. Wow, that's service. She was very thorough and also very friendly. I waited about 5 min. For Dr. Hooft to come in. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Dr. Hooft is someone I can really talk to...he is direct, honest, and gives me great feedback. He's the first doctor I've met that really treats me like an equal, with respect. I highly recommend him and his staff. I will absolutely return.
