I called to inquire about potentially hiring this attorney for my parents, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Within the first minute of explaining the situation, I was repeatedly interrupted by the staff member I was transferred to. Her tone was dismissive and rude, as if I was inconveniencing her by calling. First impressions matter, especially when seeking legal help for family.
