Today is Monday, 9/26 and my teeth still feel as clean & sparkly as they did when I had my dental cleaning with Liz last Thursday, 9/22. Liz is a cleaning wizard and I selfishly hope she never retires.
All went very well -- no pain despite the fact that I needed a root canal. As always, everyone was professional and courteous.
Everyone was so nice and professional, even though I had not understood the timing for one part of my visit. It's a great office, and the cleaning is very thorough.
Got a full set of X-rays and a quarterly cleaning, and was done in 1hr-15mins. The staff is always cheerful & efficient; this time was no exception. The fees are reasonable, too. I got a follow up call the next day to come back to review some items that showed up in Dr. Hack's review of the X-rays, and got a prompt scheduled time (today, 9/8).
Dr. Hack provided a very thorough, thoughtful, well-explained exam. The office staff was the ultimate in being professional and on-time. All-in-all a great experience!
