I've had a few initial dental exams by different dentists, Dr. Hack gave a more thorough exam then I've ever had. I feel very happy to have finally found a great dentist!

The dental experience was exceptional, both the care I got in the office and the tools provided to manage the root canal after were exceptional and painless. I couldn't recommend anyone better. The management needs improvement. The information I provided pre-appointment was not received by Dr. Hack. I attempted to clarify the cost of the care before coming in, in detail but the price of care was not discussed in the session and thus I was a little shocked to see the bill. Caring, concerned and courteous are words that come describe an experience here. I don't know that I could recommend him because this doctor as well as all his staff set the bar for customer service so high that you may be spoiled forever... it is unparalleled in the industry.

I am happy I went to Michael Hack, DMD for my new crown. I am happy with the job done and he and his office have done well for me so much so I scheduled my next cleaning of the teeth with his office.
