Always a positive experience
I needed my veneer's colour to be adjusted a little so Dr Hahn sent me to the dental lab with my not-yet-installed tooth. He was quite flexible and saw me again the same day, so I was in-and-out in a matter of hours (thankfully the lab was not far).
I was about ready to give up on dentists in SF -- I have gone through my share of those who made ignored relevant health-based dental issues in favor of a high-pressured cosmetic procedure. I don't have immediate ER-type dental issues, but my focus is on my health first. Dr. Hahn focused on my dental health too. From the time I entered the dental office, my entire experience was one that literally engaged the best of patient service. The experience exemplified tremendous teamwork among office staff, dental hygienist, and dentist. The care demonstrated and the wisdom of the team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and the recipient of the best dental care possible. I love love love Liz my dental hygienist! I think Dr. Hanh and staff are the best ever!
I love Liz. She has been my hygienist for decades and she is excellent. I also appreciate the opportunity to come into the office for a 7:30 early morning appointment. i would not be able to stay with the downtown practice otherwise. I now work on the Peninsula and the commute is difficult enough.
