Since I was bullied and hurt by my first dentist before I was 5, I have feared dental treatment. I have seen perhaps 6 dentists in my life. Once I started in this practice (with Dr. Pooley) I have stopped feeling that old familiar terror. Although some treatment has been painful, for the first time I have believed that it hurt the dentist or dental assistant more than it hurt me.
I was at least 10 minutes late for my appointment and everybody was still very nice to me.
Liz is great, I hope she is around as long as I am around. I look forward to my appointments,and 7am is sweet!
Truly pain free dental care and excellent patient treatment by the whole staff. I have had many dental treatments by Dr. Hack and his staff and have referred co-workers to his practice.
