Dr. Hack believes in pain free dentistry and this is reasurring to me. I was always afraid of the dentist before I became his patient. I also have a wonderful smile thanks to his keen eye.
I was able to get in an appointment the same week as I called. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They always remember things we spoke about the last time I was there, making it feel more like a visit to a friends home the a dentist's office.
So understanding; Liz makes me aware of the consequences of delaying routine x-rays but is understanding of my financial circumstances at the moment.
Dr. Hack is an excellent dentist. He cares about your needs and makes the dental experience painless and pleasant. For the last 20 years, I have been coming all the way from Berkeley to be treated by him.
As always, prompt, professional, efficient, highly dependable service from Liz and Dr. Hack and the rest of the team.
