Dr Hubbe treated me for a chalazion a few months ago, and when it returned, I saw him yesterday. I told him I had been using the medicine he prescribed last time he treated the chalazion, and it wasn't working. He prescribed a "new" medicine which upon filling I found out was the same medicine I already had plenty of, paid $50 for, and had already told the doctor wasn't working. Dr. Hubbe is such a great eye doctor! His quiet bedside manner and thorough examination makes having an eye exam with him a breeze. He explains everything well and is such a nice guy!
I had a referral from urgent care, had peripheral flashes and new floaters in one eye, and needed a retinal check for tears. The staff got me in that day, and although I expected to wait, I was seen promptly. Dr Hubbe checked my eye thoroughly and answered all my questions. I felt he was very professional, very competent and enjoyed his job. Also happy that I didn't need further treatment. Very reassuring. I will be transferring to him. The front office staff like to chat, making patients wait.
