The team was so warm, helpful, professional, and supportive. They helped me remain calm during treatments and were attentive. They explained everything and made sure I understood. They had wonderful communication overall even when scheduling. This has been one of the best healthcare experiences that I have ever had and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Dr. Douglas and his team are wonderful. He is very kind and compassionate, his knowledge and skills are top in the field. I am so glad I made the initial consultation with him, I knew right away that I could trust him. He helped restore my confidence that I had lost for over 10 yrs living with the disease I have. I cannot be more thankful for Dr. Douglas and his team! They have a well-oiled machine there at the office, from the scheduler America, the surgery coordinator Diana, the APRN Maria, and all of the support staff and... read more

It was life-changing after my bilateral orbital decompression surgery performed by Dr. Douglas. I felt like I was in excellent hands from the beginning of my treatment journey through to the finish. I am also a clinician, and I have rarely come across another fellow doctor that listened like Dr. Douglas. It's been 7 years now and I've been living my life and making up for lost time. Still have slight hollowness under my eyes but overall things have remained stable.

I want to clarify that I hold no ill intentions, and my goal is simply to share my personal experience. I spent 15,500 and risked, but I feel like I am disfigured. I did the orbital decompression and eyelid surgery. The orbital one is for closing my eyes and look like what I used to look in high school. And the eyelid one I need was symmetry for my double eyelids, slightly wider but natural. Instead, he removed skin and narrowed them. I was told that it is going to be a “scarless” when we have the conversation at the office,... read more

I was referred to Dr.Douglas and from the minute I met him I realized he was a stand up guy . His bed side manner and knowledge on Graves Disease was what needed . When I met him I was feeling defeated . I had been thru a three phase orbital decompression by a previous surgeon who had left me looking the same if not worse . Here he was telling me he could achieve amazing results in one surgery . It took me three years to muster the courage to go thru the surgery. All I can say is that I wish I had done it sooner . I was look... read more
