I’ve tried working with this place a few times, they seem generally unhelpful. I’ve tried to pick up cabinet grade plywood and was told they only work with larger contractors. I recently had a need for an industrial size planer, When I called to ask if they had one I could rent time from/on They told me they didn’t have one I asked for a recommendation local in the area. They told me they didn’t know anybody which I highly doubt. They’ve been generally unhelpful two stars.
They suck! NEVER took care of my problem through my builder, Christopher Alen Homes. Either cancelled at the last minute and when they did arrive, brought the wrong door that I had been waiting to have installed. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wish I could go with NO star rating but that is how this site is set up.
Terrible customer service both on the phone and at the front desk...they need a website that you can actually look at the product
Had two young men come to repair a broken window that our incompetent builder left and they were very very nice and went above and beyond what we expected.
