During my visit, I expressed concerns about experiencing a fast heartbeat and had multiple questions I wanted to discuss. Unfortunately, Dr. Durkin did not address my concerns, stating he had other patients to see. As a result, I left the appointment feeling dismissed, unheard, and still very worried about my symptoms. I believe that patients deserve adequate time, attention, and reassurance, especially when dealing with heart health. I did not receive the level of care and communication I expected or needed.
