I purchased an engagement ring that my fiancée ended up loving. great experience all the way through the entire process. Immigrant family owned business which I always like to support these type of places as they are dwindling in todays age.

Buyer Beware! After going through three custom ring versions that didn’t meet the quality I was paying for, I bought a watch which the store credit I received and it turned out to be counterfeit. The owner won’t even look at the Authentication documentation I have from another watch dealer and refused to give me my money back. Do not purchase anything from Raymers as you don’t know what you will actually get.

Thoroughly disappointed by the service and lack of respect Mercy has for her clients. After purchasing what turned out to be a counterfeit product (no warning and or caution provided. Verified by official third parties to be counterfeit) and having her hang up on me (multiple times) and literally walk out of her store because she couldn't "handle this right now," she's left me with a worthless item and I'm out thousands of dollars. So much for the customer focused approach. Scam much?

beautiful jewelry. i've been engagement ring shopping for a while now, and funny thing is, Raymer's Jewelry was some of the first i considered after meeting her at open studios years ago. after shopping around and learning all about the whole E-ring thing, i'm headed back to Claudia to get the ring i want, have wanted, wanted at first sight. kinda romantic, huh?
