Never delivered the washer and dryer and never returned my phone call. I cancelled the order and bought a different brand.

Bought a refrigerator and dryer from Home Depot. Raymer's, or one of their subcontractors, delivered. The delivery went fine, except one the drivers stole my boyfriend's wallet and began using his card. Home Depot should not be using scumbag criminals. Raymer's is just as responsible for not vetting their subs.

Delivered a new GE washer. After set up, I asked for paperwork - Owner's Manual. Driver said washer did not come with manual. I explained to him I needed to register it and know how to use it. He insisted there was no manual. I had my husband look in the box they were about to toss out. Voila- there was the manual!! All new appliances come with some paperwork! Drivers need to be tole that!!

Home Depot needs to reconsider subcontracting with this company. We ordered $5,000 worth of new appliances. The delivery truck driver would not back down our driveway--it is long but absolutely straight and flat, with fields on either side, and neither the moving company or Jordans Furniture trucks had any trouble backing down. Not only did Raymer's refuse to back down the driveway, they also refused to handtruck the appliances down the driveway (even a little bit, like 20 feet), and they refused to let us borrow their handt... read more

Terrible, terrible. Were supposed to deliver a washer and dryer. Didn't follow scheduled time frames, and then drove up to my address on the street, called me to say they couldn't get the truck up the driveway. They didn't try, didn't try to find another solution, and just left (I've had plenty of other appliances delivered here with no prooblem). When i called, they said there was nothing they could do about it today and would reschedule for a week from now. A manager was supposed to call me back, but it's been 2 3/4 ... read more

This company is totally unreliable. I ordered Kitchen appliances thru Home Depot , and was informed that the delivery would be by Raymer Express. The first attempt at delivery was a bust ! Two out of the three items were damaged, (were they responsible?). The second attempt was worse,,, we waited ALL DAY LONG ! They were a no show, and no phone call ! We don't even have our appliances yet. We bought them from Home Depot, who says there's nothing they can do. Raymer's now has them for delivery. Delivery has been cancelled four times now. The last time, yesterday, it was supposed to be here between noon and 4 p.m. About 4 p.m. we got a call that they were delayed because of a problematic delivery elsewhere. I just had a microwave delivered by two of your employees. I was so impressed with their attitude, respect and work ethic . Thank you Angel and Jeffrey ! It was a pleasure .
