I was able to make an appointment easily. My stylist (one of the owners) greeted me upon arrival. There was little to no wait time before my appointment. I requested a wash and cut for ladies' short hair. I have fussy hair and tried to describe what I wanted. My stylist listened patiently and did exactly what I requested, as well made recommendations. I was so happy and will definitely return!
